FAST ModelFree
FASTModelFree is a Perl program to assist in the analysis of laboratory frame spin relaxation data. It interfaces with ModelFree 4.01 (A. G. Palmer, Columbia University) and fully automates the process of model selection and tensor optimization.
FASTModelFree utilizes either Tcl/Tk or the Perl/Tk module to create a graphical user interface. Separate sets of program files are available depending on the desired implementation of the interface.- Download Program Code (Version 1.3)- Perl/Tk Based Interface
- Download Program Code (Version 1.2) - Perl/Tk Based Interface
- Download Documentation
- Download sample input & output files for FAST Modelfree
Users wishing to use the Perl/Tk interface may find the Perl/Tk module at the official Perl site http://www.cpan.org. Source code for the latest release of the Perl/Tk module can be downloaded from the CPAN site by clicking here.
In an effort to facilitate use of this software, source RPMs as well as precompiled binary distributions of the Perl/Tk module for Intel based systems running RedHat Linux are available for download from this site.
TROSY-(R1ρ-R1)
Click here to download code for execution of the TROSY-(R1ρ-R1) experiment on Varian spectrometers. Basic instructions, parameter sets, nmrPipe processing scripts and sample data are also included. In addition, we provide a TROSY-based sequence for calibration of B1 field magnitude and homogeneity with the transferred materials.
When using this sequence or derivatives, we appreciate your citing Kempf, et al., JACS 125(40), 12064-5 (2003).
Sparky2rate
Sparky2rate is a Perl script that will process the output from the Sparky (Goddard, UCSF) command "rh" using the rigourous statistical analysis afforded by the program Curvefit (A. G. Palmer, Columbia University).
